The HNT60 plug-in temperature sensor is specifically engineered for measuring the temperature of corrosive media. Boasting a unique structure, it is suitable for steam environments and widely applicable in fields such as semiconductors and laboratories. Compliant with DIN EN 60 751 Class A standards, the sensor features a Pt100 thermal resistor core, offering single, dual, or triple thermal resistance options, as well as two-wire, three-wire, and four-wire connection modes, ensuring exceptional measurement accuracy and repeatability.
Encased in PFA/PTFE for corrosion resistance, the sensor's protection tube is available in diameters of 3.2mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, and 6mm, with customization options. Insertion depths range from 50mm to 200mm, and special requirements can be accommodated. The connecting cable is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, operating within a temperature range of -50~150℃, equipped with anti-bending devices, and available in lengths from 300mm to 50000mm. Cable ends support various interface types including bare wires, cold-pressed connectors, and thin-sheet sockets. With an IP67 protection rating, the product combines chemical stability and structural reliability, complemented by customized accessories and free connection designs to precisely meet measurement needs in diverse scenarios.
