The HNT10 cylindrical temperature transmitter uses a platinum resistance thermometer (RTD) as its core sensing element. Leveraging the thermistor effect of the platinum wire, it accurately captures temperature changes and converts them into standard current or voltage signals for output, making it suitable for temperature measurement needs in industrial settings.
The product boasts extremely high linearity and repeatability, with excellent measurement accuracy. The permissible error for Class A platinum RTDs is ±(0.15+0.002|t|)℃, and for Class B, it is ±(0.30+0.005|t|)℃. Resolution reaches 0.1K, and linearity is <0.1% FS. It features a compact structure and versatile installation options, supporting threaded and chuck connections, and is equipped with M12 connectors. The protection rating reaches IP65, and the housing and probe are made of stainless steel. The probe can be made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.
Its temperature measurement range is -50℃ to 300℃, thermal response time is <5s, and maximum pressure resistance can reach 200bar. It is suitable for measuring the temperature of liquid, steam, gas media and fixed surfaces, and is widely used in industries such as power, chemical, steel, and shipbuilding.
