HNT20 Hirschmann Interface Temperature Sensor adopts a PT100 platinum resistor as the core sensing element. Leveraging the characteristic of resistance change with temperature, it converts temperature signals into 4-20mA or 0-5V linear analog outputs, suitable for various industrial temperature measurement scenarios.
The product features a wide temperature measurement range of -50℃ to 400℃, with optional Class A and Class B accuracy grades. It boasts high measurement accuracy, excellent linearity and repeatability, with a resolution of 0.1K. Constructed with a full stainless steel housing and 304/316 probe material, it achieves IP65 protection rating, featuring a compact and robust structure. Supporting multiple installation methods such as threaded and chuck connections, it has a maximum pressure resistance of up to 200bar, adaptable for measuring temperatures of liquids, steam, gases and fixed surfaces.
Equipped with a Hirschmann connector for electrical connection, it operates at 12-30Vdc with a thermal response time of less than 5s.
