Measurement Principle |
The HNL10-A float level switch operates on the principle of installing one or more reed switches inside a sealed, non-magnetic metal or plastic tube. A hollow float, containing a ring-shaped permanent magnet, is fixed within the main body at the corresponding position of the reed switch. The float moves up and down within a certain range, and the magnet inside the float attracts the reed switch, causing it to close and thus controlling the liquid level. Normally open and normally closed represent the switch state when no liquid is injected; this can be specified by the user, and the switch state can usually be switched. |
