Why baffle type?

 

1. The simplest way to detect flow
A spring-loaded baffle sits in the pipe. Flow pushes it. When the force overcomes the spring, the baffle moves - triggers a microswitch. No sensors. No electronics. No drift.

2. SPDT microswitch – direct load switching
3A at 250VAC. One switch gives you both NO and NC contacts. Connect it directly to a pump contactor, an alarm lamp, or a PLC input. No intermediate relay needed.

3. 5 baffles included – adjust by swapping, not by turning
No potentiometer, no screwdriver, no software. Different pipe sizes and flow ranges need different baffle combinations. The switch ships with 5 baffle plates. Change the combination – change the setpoint. It's that simple.

Cooling tower and heat exchanger flow monitoring. 0.08bar pressure loss – won't restrict system flow. 3A SPDT output drives alarm or pump control directly.

Pump protection
Pump discharge flow verification. Prevents dry running. SPDT output – use NC contact to stop pump, NO contact for alarm. All in one switch.
