The HNP30-B-DP series includes intelligent monocrystalline silicon differential, gauge and absolute pressure transmitters, boasting cutting-edge monocrystalline silicon sensing technology with the core sensor isolated mechanically and thermally at the top of the metal body to avoid medium interference. Equipped with glass-sintered insulated leads, it has outstanding transient voltage protection and electrical performance, reaching a platinum-level accuracy of ±0.05%, a maximum one-way overpressure of 25MPa, and superior static pressure performance with temperature influence as low as ±0.04%/10K. Its circuit design integrates a microprocessor and digital isolation technology, with 24-bit ADC and dual compensation technology ensuring ultra-high measurement precision and long-term stability (±0.1% for 3 years).
Supporting HART protocol for remote operation via hand operator or computer, it has a humanized one-click zero reset and quick menu for easy on-site parameter adjustment, meeting the safety requirements of hazardous working conditions. The two-wire 4-20mA output conforms to NAMIR NE43, with automatic fault diagnosis and adjustable alarm current (3.9/21.0mA). It features a wide measurable range of -100~4000KPa for differential pressure, with customizable gauge/absolute pressure measurement ranges, and excellent anti-interference performance passing 3V/m RF radiation and 400A/m power frequency magnetic field tests. The transmitter adopts a 316L stainless steel measuring capsule and aluminum alloy housing with epoxy coating (IP67 protection), offering diverse structural materials (Hastelloy C, Monel, Tantalum) and filling fluids (silicone oil, fluorine oil) for corrosive media adaptation. It has multiple process connections (NPT1/4, M20*1.5) and mounting accessories, with measured media temperature ranging from -40~120℃, and explosion-proof grades of Exd II CT6 and Exia IICT6, suitable for general industrial pressure/differential pressure measurement of gas, steam and liquid in various harsh environments.
