The sensing element of the HNP30-AC sits at the top of the metal housing, offset from the wetted diaphragm to create full mechanical isolation. Minor buildup on the diaphragm will not throw off measurement accuracy. Paired with its one-touch zero trim function, the unit simplifies safe on-site calibration and maintenance work.

 


 

Corrosive media environments (e.g., hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, seawater):

Optional corrosion-resistant diaphragm materials such as Hastelloy C, Monel, tantalum, and titanium are available, making it fully adaptable to harsh media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and seawater. The single-crystal silicon sensor is located at the top of the metal body, completely isolated from corrosive media. Even if the diaphragm is in long-term contact with corrosive media, the sensor core remains uncorroded.
