Measurement Principle

Working based on the principle of the Karman vortex street. When the fluid flows through the non-streamlined vortex generator inside the sensor, it will alternately produce regular vortices on both sides downstream. The frequency of the vortices is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. The piezoelectric elements built into the sensor detect the frequency signal generated by the vortices, and after processing by the internal circuit, the precise flow rate value can be calculated. This model of sensor also integrates temperature measurement functionality, achieving integrated monitoring of flow and temperature.
